MAXIMUM ACCUMULATION VALUE OF THE GUARANTEED ACCOUNTS. The Accumulation Value of the Guaranteed Accounts may not exceed the Maximum Accumulation Value of the Guaranteed Accounts as shown on page 4 without prior consent of the Company, except when the maximum is exceeded because of interest accruing to the Guaranteed Accounts.
