Common use of Maximum Adjusted Leverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Maximum Adjusted Leverage Ratio. Permit, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter starting with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2013, for the twelve-month period ending on such day, the Adjusted Leverage Ratio to exceed the Maximum Adjusted Leverage Ratio applicable as of such day in accordance with the definition thereof.
