Maximum Adjusted Total Debt to Adjusted Total Capital Ratio. The Consolidated Companies will maintain, as of the end of each Fiscal Quarter, an Adjusted Total Debt to Adjusted Total Capital Ratio of not greater than 0.60:1.00.
