Maximum Aggregate Fees. At any time when one or more of the Total Leverage Fee, the Secured Leverage Fee and the “Rating Fee” under the Fee Letter are payable, notwithstanding the requirements of clauses (a) and (b) above or the Fee Letter, the maximum aggregate fees payable pursuant to this Section 9.20 and the Fee Letter shall be an amount equal to 1.50% (150 bps) per annum (0.375% (37.5 bps) per quarter) of the aggregate principal amount of Notes held by each holder.
