Common use of MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CANADA’S FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION Clause in Contracts

MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CANADA’S FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION. 4.1 Subject to all terms and conditions indicated in this Agreement being met, Canada agrees to contribute to the eligible expenditures incurred by British Columbia for the purposes described in section 2 of this Agreement. Canada’s total financial contribution shall be the lesser of forty- eight million three hundred and thirteen thousand two hundred and fifty-four dollars ($48,313,254) or the amount of 50 percent of the total eligible expenditures incurred during the term of this Agreement.

Canada’s total financial contribution shall be the lesser of forty- eight forty-two million three six hundred and thirteen seventeen thousand two four hundred and fiftyseventy-four five dollars ($48,313,25442,617,475) or the amount of 50 percent of the total eligible expenditures incurred during the term of this Agreement.

MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CANADA’S FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION. 4.1 Subject to all terms and conditions indicated in this Agreement being met, Canada agrees to contribute to the eligible expenditures incurred by British Columbia Ontario for the purposes described in section 2 of this Agreement. Canada’s total financial contribution shall be the lesser of forty- eight million three hundred and thirteen thousand two hundred and fiftythirty-four seven million two hundred and forty-nine thousand nine hundred and thirty-six dollars ($48,313,254237,249,936) or the amount of 50 percent of the total eligible expenditures incurred during the term of this Agreement.

MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CANADA’S FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION. 4.1 Subject to all terms and conditions indicated in this Agreement being met, Canada agrees to contribute to the eligible expenditures incurred by British Columbia Nova Scotia for the purposes described in section 2 of this Agreement. Canada’s total financial contribution shall be the lesser of forty- eight twenty- two million three nine hundred and thirteen seventy-four thousand two hundred and fifty-four forty dollars ($48,313,25422,974,240) or the amount of 50 percent of the total eligible expenditures incurred during the term of this Agreement.
