Maximum Competitive Bid Loans; Funding Losses. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision herein to the contrary, at no time shall the aggregate principal amount of Competitive Bid Loans outstanding at any time exceed the lesser of (i) the Total Commitment minus the sum of (A) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of Syndicated Loans outstanding at such time plus (B) the aggregate principal amount of Swing Line Loans outstanding at such time plus (C) the Maximum Drawing Amount plus (D) all Unpaid Reimbursement Obligations and (ii) the Competitive Bid Sublimit.
