Common use of Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. Permit, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter (commencing with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2013), for the twelve (12) month period ending on such day, the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio to exceed the Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio applicable as of such day in accordance with the definition thereof.

Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. Permit, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter (commencing with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 20132014), for the twelve (12) month period ending on such day, the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio to exceed the Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio applicable as of such day in accordance with the definition thereof.

Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. PermitPermit the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio, as of at the last day of any period of four consecutive trailing fiscal quarter (quarters of Holdings, commencing with the four consecutive trailing fiscal quarter period ending December January 31, 2013), for 2021 and continuing through the twelve (12) month four consecutive trailing fiscal quarter period ending on such dayJanuary 31, the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio 2023, to exceed the Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio applicable as of such day in accordance with the definition thereofbe greater than 3.00:1.00.

Permit, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter (commencing with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2013)quarter, for the twelve (12) twelve-month period ending on such day, the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio to exceed the Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio applicable as of such day in accordance with the definition thereof.

Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. Permit, as As of the last day of any fiscal quarter (commencing with the fiscal quarter ending December 31on June 30, 2013), for the twelve (12) month period ending on such day, permit the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio at any time during any period for the four fiscal quarters then most recently ended to exceed the Maximum Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio applicable as of such day in accordance with the definition thereofbe (i) prior to March 31, 2015, greater than 2.75 to 1.00, and (ii) on or after March 31, 2015, greater than 2.50 to 1.00.
