Maximum Daily Quantity. The "Maximum Daily Quantity" or "MDQ" shall mean the maximum quantity of Natural Gas that Utility may require UGIES to deliver on a Firm basis on any day during a Winter Season. The MDQ for each Winter Season during the Primary Term shall be 40,000 Dth per day.
Maximum Daily Quantity. The Maximum Daily Quantity (MDQ) for a User Delivery Point is the maximum Quantity of Gas which the Tubridgi Parties are obliged to deliver through that User Delivery Point to or for the account of the Pipeline User during any Pipeline Day.
Maximum Daily Quantity. In respect of a Nitrogen Removal Service, the Service Provider is not obliged on any Day to:
(a) receive at the NRSA Receipt Point; or
(b) deliver at the NRSA Delivery Point,
(c) a quantity of Gas that is greater than the NRMDQ for that Nitrogen Removal Service.
Maximum Daily Quantity. In respect of a Path, the Transporter is not obliged on any Day to:
(a) receive at the Receipt Point (inclusive of any Gas for correcting Daily Imbalances and System Use Gas); or
(b) deliver at the Delivery Point, a quantity of Gas that is greater than the Operational MDQ for that Path.
Maximum Daily Quantity. In respect of the As- Available Park Service, subject to any r ight of the Transp orter to reduce ( or not provide) the Services under this Agreement, the Transporter is not obliged on any Day to:
Maximum Daily Quantity. The Maximum Daily Quantity shall be equal to 5,000 MMBtu/day (140 10(3)m(3)/d). On each Day during the term of this Agreement, Buyer may nominate its Gas requirement and Seller shall be obligated to deliver the amount so nominated by Buyer up to the MDQ.
Maximum Daily Quantity. The Maximum Daily Quantity (“MDQ”) shall be the greatest amount of gas delivered to the Customer during any day (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. and E.D.S.T.) of the current billing month.
Maximum Daily Quantity. (a) In accordance with and subject to the terms of Section 3.2 of the Base Agreement, Shipper shall deliver all of its Production Dedication to Gatherer; provided that Gatherer is only required to accept up to the Maximum Daily Quantity (“MDQ”) at each Receipt Point (“Receipt Point MDQ”); provided, further, that Gatherer is not required to accept any Production Dedication Gas above the Delivery Point MDQ specified in Section 7(b) of this ITS No. 1:

(v) [***] MMBtus on each Day at the Rice Loh Receipt Point;
(vi) [***] MMBtus on each Day at the Xxxxx Receipt Point;
(vii) [***] MMBtus on each Day at the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Receipt Point;
(viii) [***] MMBtus on each Day at the Xxxxxx Farms Receipt Point;
(ix) [***] MMBtus on each Day at the SWAPO Receipt Point; and
(x) [***] MMBtus on each Day at the Xxxxxx Xxxx Receipt Point.
Maximum Daily Quantity. 1.1 If made available by Shipper, Northern agrees to receive and deliver thermally equivalent volumes of natural gas on an interruptible basis up to the MDQ as set forth on the face of this Agreement.
1.2 Northern agrees to transport overrun volumes and throughput peaking volumes as defined in Section 5, "Overrun and Throughput Peaking," of Rate Schedule TI for Shipper on an interruptible basis provided that Northern has determined that it has sufficient capacity to transport such volumes. Such transportation of interruptible overrun volumes and throughput peaking volumes shall be in accordance with all terms and conditions of Northern's FERC Gas Tariff and Rate Schedule TI.
