Common use of Maximum Defaulted Notes Receivable Percentage of Borrower Clause in Contracts

Maximum Defaulted Notes Receivable Percentage of Borrower. Permit the aggregate unpaid principal balance of all Notes Receivable that are Defaulted Notes Receivable as of the last day of any fiscal month, to be in excess of five percent (5%)of the aggregate unpaid principal balance of all Notes Receivable as of such day.

Maximum Defaulted Notes Receivable Percentage of Borrower. Permit the aggregate unpaid principal balance of all Notes Receivable that are Defaulted Notes Receivable as of the last day of any fiscal month, to be in excess of five twelve percent (5%)of 12%) of the aggregate unpaid principal balance of all Notes Receivable as of such day.
