Common use of Maximum Exercise Price Clause in Contracts

Maximum Exercise Price. Except as provided in Section 6.1 above, at no time shall the Exercise Price per share of Common Stock exceed the amount set forth in this Agreement.

Maximum Exercise Price. Except as provided in with respect to mechanical adjustments pursuant to Section 6.1 above, at no time shall the Exercise Price per share of Common Stock exceed the amount set forth in Section 2.5 of this Agreement, as adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6.
