Maximum Floating Rate Debt. The Borrower Parties shall maintain Hedging Obligations on a notional amount of Total Liabilities in respect of Borrowed Indebtedness so that such notional amount, when added to the aggregate principal amount of such Total Liabilities which bears interest at a fixed rate, equals or exceeds 65% of the aggregate principal amount of all Total Liabilities in respect of Borrowed Indebtedness.
