Maximum Funded Debt to Cash Flow. Borrower will maintain the ratio of funded debt divided by cash flow of no greater than 4.5:1 (For purposes of this ratio, Funded debt shall be defined as direct obligations for borrowed money of Borrower, less any subordinated debt and cash flow shall be defined as Borrower’s consolidated EBITDA for the trailing 4-quarters.)

  • Funded Debt to EBITDA Section 10.2 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

  • Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio A. Funded Debt

  • Ratio of Total Debt to EBITDAX The Borrower will not, at any time, permit its ratio of Total Debt as of such time to EBITDAX for the four fiscal quarters ending on the last day of the fiscal quarter immediately preceding the date of determination for which financial statements are available to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

  • Cash Flow Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Cash Flow Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Debt to Capitalization Ratio As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the Debt to Capitalization Ratio shall be less than or equal to 0.70 to 1.0.

  • Maximum Leverage Ratio As of the last day of each fiscal quarter, the Borrower shall not permit the ratio (the "Leverage Ratio") of (i) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness to (ii) EBITDA of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, as at the end of and for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on such day, to be greater than (i) 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Debt to Capital Ratio At all times, maintain a ratio of Total Consolidated Debt to Total Consolidated Capitalization of not greater than 0.65 to 1.0.

  • Maximum Leverage Permit, as of any fiscal quarter end, the ratio of (a) Adjusted Portfolio Equity as of such fiscal quarter end to (b) Funded Debt as of such fiscal quarter end, to be less than 5.00 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Consolidated Leverage Ratio As of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter of the Borrower (commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending March 31, 2018), the Borrower shall not permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio to be greater than 0.60 to 1.00.

  • Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio The Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio will not exceed 4.0 to 1.0 at the end of any fiscal quarter.
