Maximum Heights. The maximum height of buildings on the Property shall be forty-eight feet (48'). However, architectural elements (e.g., domes, towers, spires, crosses, cupolas, finials, etc.) may exceed this maximum height limit, when specifically approved through the architectural review process.

  • MAXIMUM OUT-OF POCKET EXPENSE means the total amount you pay each plan year for covered healthcare services.
