Maximum Household Income Limits. Each Mortgage Loan shall be made to a Mortgagor whose Annual Family Income shall not exceed the applicable limits published from time to time by the Authority for each Program. The Maximum Household Income Limits shall be the limits published by the Authority as part of the Program Manual, which are based on “median income” for each respective area as determined by HUD.
