Maximum Interim Net Secured Leverage Ratio. The Loan Parties shall not permit the Interim Net Secured Leverage Ratio, as of the end of any fiscal quarter ending on or after March 31, 2019 through and including the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2020, to exceed 2.75 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Secured Leverage Ratio As of the last day of any fiscal quarter, the Secured Leverage Ratio to exceed forty percent (40%);
