Common use of Maximum Liability of OAG Clause in Contracts

Maximum Liability of OAG. The maximum liability of the OAG in this contract is contained in the attached Exhibit A. Any change to the maximum liability must be supported by a written amendment to this contract. The OAG and GRANTEE agree that any act, action or representation by either party, their agents or employees that purports to increase the maximum liability of the OAG is void, without first executing a written amendment to this contract. XXXXXXX agrees that nothing in this contract will be interpreted to create an obligation or liability of the OAG in excess of the funds as stated in the attached Exhibit A.
