Common use of Maximum Loan Balance Clause in Contracts

Maximum Loan Balance. Borrower agrees not to permit the outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Line of Credit plus the outstanding amounts of any letters of credit under the subline facility, including amounts drawn on letters of credit and not yet reimbursed to Bank (such sum being referred to herein as the "Loan Balance"), to exceed the lesser of Total Commitment or the Borrowing Base."
