Maximum Non-Program Percentage. The leasing of such Vehicles will not cause the aggregate Net Book Value of Non-Program Vehicles then being leased under this Lease to exceed the Maximum Non-Program Percentage and will not cause any of the Lease commitments expressed in Section 3 of each of Annex A and B to be exceeded.
