Common use of Maximum Number Clause in Contracts

Maximum Number. Warrant Certificates evidencing Warrants which may be countersigned and delivered under this Agreement are limited to: (a) Warrant Certificates evidencing Twelve Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred (12,619,500) Warrants as adjusted in accordance with paragraph 5 of this Agreement; and (b) additional Warrant Certificates countersigned and delivered on registration, transfer, exchange or in lieu of previously countersigned Warrant Certificates pursuant to this Agreement.
