Maximum Numbers. The Rental Property Type (Section 2) determines the maximum number of persons permitted to live in the Property. Tenant agrees that at no time will the number of persons living in the Rental Property exceed the following:
8.1.1. Double: 1 Adult per assigned bed space (2 Adults per double room), no Children
8.1.2. Single: 1 Adult per bedroom, no Children
8.1.3. Efficiency: 1 Adult, no Children
8.1.4. Jr. 1-Bedroom: 1 Adult, no Children
8.1.5. Studio: 2 adults, or 1 Adult and 1 Child
8.1.6 1- Bedroom: 2 Adults and 1 Child

Maximum Numbers. The number of shares of WICOR Common Stock to be --------------- converted into the right to receive Wisconsin Energy Common Stock in the Merger shall equal the Maximum Stock Number. The number of shares of WICOR Common Stock to be converted into the right to receive cash in the Merger shall equal the Maximum Cash Number. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, if the Stock Percentage is a percentage other than zero (0), at least 40% of the number of shares of WICOR Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time of Merger shall be converted into whole shares of Wisconsin Energy Common Stock exclusive of fractional share interests to be paid in cash pursuant to Section 2.6(e) of this Agreement.
Maximum Numbers. 18.1 The Hirer shall ensure that the maximum number permitted to attend any particular type of Hiring at the Premises is not exceeded. The maximum number of persons to be admitted to the Premises is to be agreed with the Council on booking, subject to the room layout and usage inclusive of performers and staff.
Maximum Numbers. The goal is to have 48-50 students in a full-time program on October 1st. Students may not be equally distributed between the two sessions. Example: 22 in first and 27 in second session.
Maximum Numbers. The number of shares of First Northern Common Stock to be converted into the right to receive Survivor Common Stock in the Merger shall equal the Maximum Stock Number. The number of shares of First Northern Common Stock to be converted into the right to receive cash in the Merger shall equal the Maximum Cash Number. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, at least 40% of the number of shares of First Northern Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be converted into whole shares of Survivor Common Stock.
Maximum Numbers. Occupation is strictly limited to 4 persons in the available bed/sofa bed only in Rose Cottage, 7 persons in The Willows as a 3 bedroomed cottage plus 1 extra single bed available if required at an additional fee, 2 persons in each of The Archway bedrooms and up to 5 persons in Farm Cottage as a 2 bedroomed cottage plus 1 extra single bed if required at an additional fee, No. 23 is limited to 11 people as a 5 bedroomed property - no tents, caravans or campervans are allowed. No additional guests are allowed at the property to the above for all or part of a day / stay without prior written permission. The Gate Lodge is strictly limited to 6 guests, and is scheduled to permit up to 10 guests from April 2025 (subject to completion of works which will be confirmed in writing by Larchfield Estate when completed). The Hirer accepts knowledge at the time of booking that the final capacity is subject to completion of works, and may revert to 6 guests should works not be completed during the expected time frame. Occupation of the glamping truck and sauna is strictly limited to 2 persons, in the absence of prior written approval. Further, no tents, caravans or campervans are permitted. The occupation limits are set in line with the level of services available. To exceed the maximum number of persons allowed overloads the facilities available which are often not designed or capable of supporting additional usage, and can lead to extensive and expensive damage. As such any over-occupancy is considered to be a serious infringement of the Terms and Conditions and can result in an immediate requirement to vacate the premises, with no refund of monies due, and possible further charges in the event of damage to the facilities caused by excess usage. Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times in the interest of their safety and are included within the total number of persons allowed onsite as above.

Maximum Numbers. The Hirer shall not cause or allow the maximum number of patrons and or guests admitted to exceed the numbers specified, as follows. *Please note – these are the maximum numbers of persons permitted for fire safety purposes only - we strongly recommend viewing of rooms before booking as you may feel these numbers are higher than would be comfortable. c. EMERGENCIES AND HEALTH AND SAFETY MATTERS: The Hirer accepts responsibility for completing all necessary risk assessments for the event and undertakes to ensure that, prior to the event, representatives of the Hirer identify the location of fire exits, first aid kits, stopcocks, the nearest hospital and similar facilities. Use of a telephone is not provided as part of the Hire agreement.
