MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. The maximum permitted number of occupants of the Property shall be the number of persons specified in the Particulars.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Each unit can be occupied by no more than eight (8) persons at the time of rental. Failure to abide will result in an additional fee. Renters must supply all food and beverages.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. The Student agrees that the number of Occupants of the Premises is as follows:
i. One bedroom apartment plus den: a) Two adults OR b) One or two adults with one child under the age of 19.
ii. Two bedroom apartment plus den: a) Two adults OR b) One or two adults with one, or two children under the age of 19.
iii. Two bedroom townhouse plus den: a) Two adults OR b) One or two adults with one, two or three children under the age of 19.
iv. Three bedroom townhouse plus den: a) One or two adults with two, three or four children under the age of 19. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. The maximum number of occupants must be clearly stated in the tenancy agreement. If the amount of rent payable varies with the number of occupants, this must also be specified.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. The Provider is to ensure that the Maximum Occupants across all Properties (as specified in the Key Terms) and the Maximum Occupants per Property (as specified in Schedule 3) is not exceeded at any time, unless otherwise agreed.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. The Student agrees that the number of Occupants of the Premises shall not exceed the maximum number of Occupants.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Maximum Number of Adults: 6 Maximum Number of Children: Maximum Number of Pets: Only the number of Occupants stated as maximum will be allowed to occupy the premises. Tents, campers or motor homes will not be allowed on the property without prior approval from Owner/Landlord and expressly included in this agreement.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on the website, unless approved in writing by Agent. If Licensee exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Licensee shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and overnight visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property, you agree that a charge of $100.00 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. Exceptions: Licensee may have an additional 5 daytime guests at the Property beyond the maximum sleep number stated on the website. All parking, noise and community rules and restrictions must be followed. A daytime guest is understood to be any guest not sleeping at the Property and leaving the property before 12 am.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. The maximum number of occupants must not excel 80 persons at any given time per the San Angelo, Texas Fire Marshal.
