Common use of Maximum Payment Obligation Clause in Contracts

Maximum Payment Obligation. In no event shall County be obligated to pay Contractor more than the total sum of $1,263,570 (including $644,160 for FY 23/24 and $619,410 for FY 24-25) under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Maximum Payment Obligation. In no event shall County be obligated to pay Contractor more than the total sum of $1,263,570 1,350,000 (including FY 15-16 $644,160 for 675,000; FY 23/24 and 16-17 $619,410 for FY 24-25675,000) under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Maximum Payment Obligation. In no event shall County be obligated to pay Contractor more than the total sum of $1,263,570 (2,403,013, including $644,160 1,201,506.50 for FY 23/24 23-24 and $619,410 1,201,506.50 for FY 24-25) , under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Maximum Payment Obligation. In no event shall County be obligated to pay Contractor more than the total sum of $1,263,570 (4,479,060, including $644,160 311,428 for FY 23/24 21-22, $726,837 for FY 22-23, $1,592,723 for FY 23-24, and $619,410 1,848,072 for FY 24-25) , under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Except as expressly modified herein, all terms and conditions of Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
