Common use of Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of Zee Group Channels Clause in Contracts

Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of Zee Group Channels. Calculation of Subscription Fee and Distribution Margin: 9.1 Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of Zee Group Channel(s): (A) Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of Zee Group of Channel(s) are as under: (a) MRP of Zee Group Channels offered on A-xx-Xxxxx basis is set out in (b) MRP of Bouquet of Pay Zee Group Channel(s) is set out in ANNEXURE III (B) ZEEL is also offering the Zee Group Channel(s) under various Incentive Scheme(s) detailed herein below. The IPTV Operator at its sole discretion can opt for these Incentive Scheme(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of respective Incentive Scheme(s). (a) Incentive Scheme(s) on MRP of A-xx-Xxxxx Pay Zee Group Channel(s) as detailed in ANNEXURE IV; and (b) Incentive Scheme(s) on MRP of Bouquet of Pay Zee Group Channel(s) as detailed in ANNEXURE V For avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that the Incentive Scheme(s) is optional and the IPTV Operator is under no obligation to opt for any of the above mentioned Incentive Scheme(s) to avail the Zee Group Channel(s). Zee Group Channels can be availed on either on A-xx-Xxxxx basis and/or on Bouquet basis. (C) In order to avail the Incentive under the Incentive Scheme(s) as mentioned in Clause (B) herein above, the IPTV Operator will have to comply with the all the conditions stipulated in the respective Incentive Scheme(s).
