Common use of Maximum Total Fee and Expense Clause in Contracts

Maximum Total Fee and Expense. The City agrees to pay the Consultant a fee based on the actual hours expended on the Project at the rates indicated in the attached Fee Schedule; Exhibit B and the actual reimbursable expenses permitted under this Agreement and incurred on this Project, but not to exceed a maximum fee of $280,209.50. This fee is based on the scope of services outlined in Exhibit A of this Agreement and shall be completed on or before December 31, 2020.
