Maximum Transaction Amounts. Each Transaction shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the applicable Type Sublimit, as determined by the type of Purchased Mortgage Loan; (b) the Aggregate Transaction Limit, minus the aggregate amount of all other Transactions outstanding, if any; and (c) the Asset Value of the related Purchased Mortgage Loan(s).
