May Become Note Holder. Each of the institutions acting as Owner Trustee and Indenture Trustee hereunder may become a Note Holder and have all rights and benefits of a Note Holder to the same extent as if it were not the institution acting as Owner Trustee or Indenture Trustee, as the case may be.
