Common use of May Hold Certificates Clause in Contracts

May Hold Certificates. The Pass Through Trustee, any Paying Agent, Registrar or any other agent, in their respective individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates and may otherwise deal with any Facility Lessee, any Owner Lessor, any Owner Participant or any Indenture Trustee with the same rights it would have if it were not the Pass Through Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent, subject to Section 7.8 in the case of the Pass Through Trustee.

May Hold Certificates.
