Common use of MAY HOLD DEBENTURES Clause in Contracts

MAY HOLD DEBENTURES. The Trustee or any Paying Agent, Authenticating Agent or Debenture Registrar for the Debentures, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debentures and may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Authenticating Agent or Debenture Registrar.

MAY HOLD DEBENTURES.
