Common use of May Hold Debt Securities Clause in Contracts

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities, and may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer Company or the TrusteeGuarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities, and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Issuer Company and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.
