Common use of May Hold Debt Securities Clause in Contracts

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities or Coupons, and, subject to Sections 6.8 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or the Subsidiary Guarantors, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities or Coupons, and, subject to Sections 6.8 6.08 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Debt Securities.
