Common use of May Hold Notes and Common Stock Clause in Contracts

May Hold Notes and Common Stock. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Note Registrar, Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes or Common Stock and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.
