May Hold Obligations. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Obligation Registrar, Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Obligations and, subject to Sections 7.08 and 7.13, if operative, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Obligation Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.
