Common use of May Hold Securities Clause in Contracts

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Securities Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Securities Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, Trustee in its individual or any other capacity, capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company or any of its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee. Any Agent may do the same with like rights and duties. However, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agentthe Trustee is subject to Sections 7.10 and 7.11.

The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company or any Guarantor, if applicable, with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or any Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company or any Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyIssuers or any Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company Issuers or any Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Securities Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Securities Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities Securities, and, subject to Sections 608 6.8 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.12, may otherwise deal with with, and collect obligations owed to it by, the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or any Subsidiary Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections Section 608 and Section 613, may otherwise deal with the Company and any Subsidiary Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Either Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCorporation or of a Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.8 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company Corporation with the same rights it would have if it were not a Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar, any Security Registrar Conversion Agent or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, Conversion Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company or the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

The TrusteeTrustee for any series of Securities, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Calculation Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyIssuer, the Guarantors or such Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company Issuer or the Guarantors with the same rights it would have if it were not such Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Calculation Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

The Each of the Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 1008 and 6131013, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany appointed hereunder, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Securities Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Securities Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.8 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to TIA Sections 608 310(b) and 613311 in the case of the Trustee, may otherwise deal with the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or the Guarantors, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or, if applicable, the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 310(b) and 613311 of the Trust Indenture Act and Sections 6.8, 6.9 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Company or, if applicable, the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, Company in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 310(b) and 613311 of the Trust Indenture Act and Section 6.8, Section 6.9 and Section 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 310(b) and 613311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Securities Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Securities Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar Registrar, any Securities Custodian or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 6.08 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, Securities Custodian or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the CompanyCompany or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to the definition of "Outstanding" set forth in Section 1.1 and subject to Sections 608 6.8 and 6136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company and any other obligor upon the Securities with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 608 and 613, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, or such other agent.
