Common use of MAY HOLD UNITS AND OTHER DEALINGS Clause in Contracts

MAY HOLD UNITS AND OTHER DEALINGS. Any Registrar or any other agent of the Company, or the Agent and its Affiliates, in their individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Units and may otherwise deal with the Company, the Collateral Agent or any other Person with the same rights it would have if it were not Registrar or such other agent, or the Agent. The Agent and its Affiliates may (without having to account therefor to the Company or any Holder of Units or holder of Separate Notes) accept deposits from, lend money to, make their investments in and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust or other business with the Company, any Holder of Units and any holder of Separate Notes (and any of their respective subsidiaries or Affiliates) as if it were not acting as the Agent and the Agent and their Affiliates may accept fees and other consideration from the Company, any Holder of Units or any holder of Separate Notes without having to account for the same to any such Person.
