Common use of MAY Clause in Contracts

MAY. the candidate shall forward her letter of application to the Vice- President (Academic) for inclusion in her academic file, and shall forward to the Alternate Xxxx a package of materials for external review pursuant to Article 21.51, together with a copy of her letter of application;
