Common use of MBIA Default or Termination Clause in Contracts

MBIA Default or Termination. If an MBIA Default or Termination occurs and is continuing, MBIA's right to consent hereunder and to direct the Trustee shall be voided and, in such event, in all provisions of this Agreement wherein MBIA's consent or direction is required or permitted, the consent or direction of the Controlling Holders shall be required or permitted unless a larger number of Holders is required under the relevant provision of this Agreement.
