Common use of MBS-Related Costs Clause in Contracts

MBS-Related Costs. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender, within 30 days after demand, all reasonable fees and expenses incurred by the Lender or Xxxxxx Xxx in connection with the issuance of any MBS backed by an Advance, including the fees charged by Depository Trust Company and State Street Bank or any successor fiscal agent or custodian.

MBS-Related Costs.
