Common use of MCA Clause in Contracts

MCA. As used in this Formal Agreement, “MCA” means any corporation related to or affiliated with MCA INC., or any corporation, partnership or other venture in which MCA, or any corporation or partnership related to or affiliated with MCA, has an ownership or management interest. The parent company, MCA INC., which is signatory to this Formal Agreement shall remain primarily responsible for all payments and other obligations called for in this Formal Agreement, and MCA INC. may not, without prior written approval of Xx. Xxxxx Enterprises, assign or sublicense any rights hereunder to any entity that does not qualify as one of the entities described above, except as provided in paragraph 10 of these Terms and Conditions.
