Common use of MCC Contract Administrator Clause in Contracts

MCC Contract Administrator. The MCC shall appoint a single point of contact that will be the Contract Administrator for this Contract and will provide oversight of the activities conducted hereunder. The Contract Administrator will be the principal contact for Contractor concerning business activities under this Contract. The MCC will notify Contractor, in writing, when there is a new Contract Administrator assigned to this Contract.
