MDC'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION AND REPAIR. 1. INSPECTION AND REPAIR. MDC, at its discretion during STI's regular business hours and with one (1) day's prior notice to STI, shall have the right to enter the premises where the property is located or used for the purpose of inspection. If any property covered by this Agreement is not being properly maintained in the opinion of MDC, MDC shall have the right, but not the obligation, to have it repaired or maintained by an appropriate service facility at the expense of STI.
