Meal Exchange Clause Samples

The Meal Exchange clause establishes the terms under which one party can substitute or exchange provided meals, typically in settings like hospitality, events, or employee benefits. It outlines the conditions, such as advance notice requirements or limitations on eligible menu items, under which a meal can be swapped for another of equal or lesser value. This clause ensures flexibility for participants while maintaining cost control and operational predictability for the provider.
