Meal Plan Changes. Students are encouraged to review use of the prepaid dining debit account each quarter to ensure they are buying the correct meal plan to meet their dietary needs. Meal plans may be changed either through MyCWU or in person at the Connection Card Office, located in Bouillon 104. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Changes may be made during the University’s registration add/drop period only.

Meal Plan Changes. Requests for residential meal plan changes must be made in writing and must be received in HFS within (5) days from the first day of classes of the term to be effective for that term. Requests may be submitted on-line via the Meal Plan Change Form at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/mpchange/ or by email to XXXxxxxxx@xx.xxx and must include student name, ID number, current meal plan and desired meal plan. Campus Dining Pass cannot be changed or cancelled on or after the first day of meal service for the term.
Meal Plan Changes a. The Licensee may request to reduce their Meal Plan with 30-day written notification of the spring semester by completing a Meal Plan Change Request Form. Meal plans may only be reduced to the lowest meal plan option available to the Licensee based on the Licensee’s room assignment. To change to a Block plan (i.e. 32 meals per semester) from a Regular or Enhanced plan, there will be no administrative fee and You will be charged the daily rate of your Regular or Enhanced plan. Your Regular or Enhanced plan will be cancelled. Your Block plan will be assigned as a full plan for the semester. 2.4.1.5. To change to a Regular or Enhanced plan from a Block plan (i.e. 32 meals per semester), there will be no administrative fee and You will be charged the daily rate of your Block plan. Your Block plan will be cancelled. Your Regular or Enhanced plan will be assigned as a full plan for the semester. 2.4.2. Meal Plan changes outside of the 2nd and 3rd week of classes will be handled as a Meal Plan cancellation.
Meal Plan Changes. Students may make changes to their selected meal plan for each semester up until three weeks after the official starting day of classes (as listed in the official university calendar) for that semester without any additional change fees, however meal plan charges would change accordingly. First year students required to purchase the 7 Day Access meal plan or the 5 Day Access/$100 dining dollars meal plan may only choose to move to one of those two meal plans for the semester. Students not required to purchase the 7 Day Access meal plan or the 5 Day Access/$100 dining dollars meal plan may choose to move to any other meal plan until that time. Request to change to a higher meal plan can be done at anytime. Students must come to the University Housing Office, 209 Xxxxxx Xxxx, to complete proper paperwork.

A request to decrease a Meal Plan may only be made during the eighth week of fall semester and the change will be implemented the following semester. Meal plans may only be reduced to a minimum of ten meals per week.
