Common use of Meal Plan Information Clause in Contracts

Meal Plan Information. a. If Resident is a traditionally aged “First Year student” (as defined by the University), under the age of 21, and has not previously lived on-campus, then Resident must obtain and pay for a Residential Meal Plan during the entire License Term regardless of housing assignment. All other Residents are encouraged to purchase a meal plan. If Resident has a meal plan, University will combine meal plan and housing charges, both of which are subject to the requirements of Section I above.
