Meaning of "Investors. For purposes of this Article V, "Investors" shall mean the Investors and their permitted assigns of the Registrable Shares pursuant to Section 7.4(b) and any Demand Registration Request or Piggyback Request shall only be accepted by the Parent if such Demand Registration Request or Piggyback Request has been provided on behalf of holders of at least a majority of the Registrable Shares. To the extent that the Oaktree Investors elect to include shares in a Demand Registration hereunder, the Parent's and the Oaktree Investors' respective obligations, rights and remedies with respect to any such registration with respect to each other (including with respect to indemnification and contribution) will be governed by the applicable provisions of the Oaktree Investor Rights Agreement, to the extent such provisions are not in conflict or inconsistent with the corresponding provisions herein.
