Common use of Measurement Date means Clause in Contracts

Measurement Date means. (a) in relation to a Compliance Certificate referred to in Clause 20.2.1(a), the last day of March, June, September and December of each year, with the first Measurement Date being the last day of the third full quarter after the Closing Date; (b) in relation to a Compliance Certificate referred to in Clause 20.2.1(b) (Compliance Certificate), the date of the Utilisation Request delivered to the Lender; and (c) in relation to a Compliance Certificate referred to in Clause 20.2.1(c) (Compliance Certificate), the date of the applicable notice delivered by the Lender to the Company pursuant to that Clause.
