Measurement of Energy Made Available. The amount of electric Energy made available hereunder from time to time shall be deemed to be the amount of Energy delivered in accordance with this Appendix, as measured in accordance with Section 8 of the Contract, that was not interrupted or curtailed due to conditions set forth herein or in the Contract.
