(ii) any reasonable adjustments to the Service Levels that are necessary to account for any increased or decreased sensitivity that will likely result from use of the alternative measurement tool, process or methodology.
(e) First Data may utilize such alternative measurement tool, process or methodology only to the extent such tool, and any associated Service Level adjustments, are approved in writing by RCSI provided the approval is not unreasonably withheld.
Measurement Tools. Each Party shall maintain in place and utilize the necessary measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to measure and report its performance against the applicable Service Levels. Measurement and monitoring shall permit reporting at a level of detail reasonably sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels. Each party shall provide the other with information and access to such tools and procedures, as well as any resulting reporting data including, without limitation, raw reporting data, reporting logs and log files, upon request for purposes of verifying such party’s compliance with the terms of this SLA.
Measurement Tools. (a) Supplier shall measure its performance with respect to each Service Level using the corresponding measurement tools, processes and methodologies identified for such Service Level in Exhibit B-1, or as specified pursuant to Sections 3.2(c), and 5.2(c)(i) of this Schedule B.
(b) Supplier shall provide (except as expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement) and utilize the necessary measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to measure and report Supplier’s performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. Such measurement and monitoring shall permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels, and will be subject to verification and review by Health Net. Supplier shall provide Health Net with information and access to such tools and procedures upon request, for purposes of verification.
(c) If, after the Effective Date, Supplier desires to use a different measurement tool, process or methodology for any Service Level, Supplier shall provide written notice to Health Net proposing:
(i) the alternative measurement tool, process or methodology; and
(ii) any reasonable adjustments to the Service Levels that are necessary to account for any increased or decreased sensitivity that will likely result from use of the alternative measurement tool, process or methodology. Supplier may utilize such alternative measurement tool, process or methodology only to the extent such tool, and any associated Service Level adjustments, are approved in Schedule B B -2 Health Net/Cognizant Confidential writing by Health Net.
Measurement Tools. (a) IBM shall measure its performance with respect to each Service Level using the corresponding measurement tools and methodologies identified for such Service Level in Attachments X-0-0, X-0-0, X-0-0, X-0-0 and B-5-1, or such other means as are mutually agreed upon by the Parties. IBM shall have * responsibility for existing tools required to measure performance against the Service Levels, including as the Service Levels and/or measurement tools may be modified or added, subject to the Change Control Process. If Equifax exercises its rights under this Schedule B to remove or add a Service Level, the Change Control Process shall apply. The provisions of Section 10.1 (Prices and Charges for New Services) of Schedule C (Charges) shall be used to determine whether IBM’s implementation of the changes requested by Equifax would require IBM to perform New Services.
(b) If, after the Commencement Date, IBM desires to use a different measuring tool for any Service Level, IBM shall provide written notice to Equifax describing the tool, IBM’s rationale for proposing the change and the likely effects on Equifax of switching to such tool. If IBM believes that switching to the proposed tool would warrant making any adjustments to the affected Service Levels, IBM’s notice to Equifax will so indicate. IBM may not switch to the proposed tool unless its use (and, where applicable, any associated Service Level adjustments) are approved in advance by Equifax.
(c) IBM shall provide Equifax, where feasible, with real-time, read-only access to the monitoring and performance management data and tools used by IBM to monitor the Services and measure performance against the Service Levels.

Measurement Tools. What really makes a difference between the current different modes of visualization for 3D data (static or not 3D visualization, AR/VR) is the ability to quickly and accurately get a sense of the spatial structure of the observed 3D model. This is obviously easier in VR given the fact that the user is able to “experience” the 3D data, rather than just observing it from afar or through the “deforming prism” of a flat screen display. This statement implies that more straightforward and accurate measurements are being done if the user is able to “do the measurement” on an actual 3D shape. In that, the VR is a powerful tool to make such precise measurements. In this deliverable, we present several tools that have been specifically designed to be handled in VR. They replicate the functionalities of classical field tools employed by generations of geologists during field campaigns but are adapted to the realm of VR in their handling. Thanks to the high accuracy of the entry data used to create the virtual environment (cf. Caravaca et al., 2019a, 2019b, 2020), an equivalent level of accuracy can be expected for the measurements produced by the VR tools within the application. This allows to obtain higher-grade measurements, readily usable for further studies and publications (in the same fashion as data studied using a GIS software).
