Measurement. Satisfactory performance of the Contract, unless otherwise specified in the Contract, will be measured by: (a) Compliance with Contract requirements, including all representations and warranties; (b) Compliance with the Work requested in the Solicitation and Work proposed by Contractor in its response to the Solicitation and approved by HHSC; (c) Delivery of Work in accordance with the service levels proposed by Contractor in the Solicitation Response as accepted by HHSC; (d) Results of audits, inspections, or quality checks performed by the HHSC or its designee; (e) Timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of Work; and (f) Achievement of specific performance measures and incentives as applicable.
