Mechanical Limitations. Not all vehicles are designed for and may not be suitable for all types of aggressive riding. When operating at high speed down a hill or steep grade, an operator can reach speeds achieved by motorcycles, and face similar hazards and risks. Have your Goods and equipment carefully inspected by a qualified mechanic and be sure it is in perfect condition. The Goods and their components have limitations with regard to strength and integrity, and aggressive riding can exceed these limitations.
