Common use of Mechanic’s and Materialman’s Liens Clause in Contracts

Mechanic’s and Materialman’s Liens. Lessor shall not be liable for any labor, services or materials furnished or to be furnished to Lessee, or to anyone holding the Leased Premises through or under Lessee, upon credit and that no mechanic's or other lien for such labor, services or materials shall attach to or affect the estate or interest of Lessor in and to the Leased Premises.
