MEDAREX RIGHTS. As between the Parties, Medarex shall, subject to Section 7.2.5, have the sole right, at its cost and expense, to obtain, prosecute and maintain throughout the world the Medarex Patents, including the Mice-Related Patents and its Production Patents.
